Mission
To Empower, Enlighten, and Embrace young girls between the ages of 12-18. We provide a safe and positive forum for young girls to meet and overcome the challenges that they may encounter in their lives. Through fun and innovative activities the girls are encouraged to recognize and mobilize their true selves as a means of exerting a positive change in the world around them.

For Us Girlz is a component of Lights of Life Empowerment Corporation, a non-profit organization dedicated to re-positioning our youth to greatness. For Us Girlz was established in 2010 by Lakiesha Daphnis as a discussion forum for young girls to bridge the gap in communications and has blossomed into an empowerment movement!
