THE SECOND ANNUAL WOMEN IN ACTION SYMPOSIUM

I’d like to personally welcome you to the second annual (Women In Action Symposium). It’s an exciting time for Women In Action Inc as we continue to grow and adapt, remaining always adaptable, motivated and responsive to women-focused needs/events. Our organization is confronting a time of many changes and we’re meeting these changes during a time of larger nation-wide and global change. The world of women support groups is an exciting area in which to work/study/engage, and we’ll continue to meet and bring inspired people together in forums like this, to ensure our organization remains at the cutting edge.

I’d like to give you an idea of what you can expect and what we hope to achieve at the Women In Action Symposium. This event will start at 1pm at YWCA of Central Massachusetts, Worcester, MA on September 20th. We will include over 150 young women interested in learning more on a new focus for women who have Inspired Change within their lives as well as their communities. On the challenge of everyday life for the women that we serve this will inspire and keep the motivation for growing as a person and the betterment of their families. This event will include a small vendor’s area, networking, a panel of six speakers, and a Question and Answer session.

Let me give you a brief update on where we are today. We has a organization have been proactive in helping women with their personal goals, giving awards to small business owners and entrepreneurs, etc..

We’re transforming the way we operate to continuously improve our ability to Unify and Empower Women of all backgrounds and creeds to come together and build within their lives as well as their communities.
Our board and partners have continued to meet the challenges of our field and to excel despite setbacks. We should all be very proud of where we are today and excited about where we are headed.

Before I close, you, as organization leaders, have the vision, the knowledge, the wherewithal and the experience to help us pave our way into the future. You are truly our greatest asset today and tomorrow, and we could not accomplish what we do without your support and leadership. Throughout this conference, I ask you to stay engaged, keep us proactive and help us shape the future of Women In Action Inc. My personal respect and thanks goes out to all of you.
