Our mission is to change how girls embrace being a d.i.v.a. while discovering and developing character traits that build self-worth and self-esteem.
Our belief is that every girl is destined for greatness and can elevate her confidence level to that of "d.i.v.a." by being Diverse, Involved, Value-driven, and Active. We seek to help them explore their inner abilities to live principle-centered lives and to become better daughters, sisters, leaders, citizens, and friends.
Our initiatives focus on reaching hundreds of thousands of tween girls across the country and beyond through our E4 model (educate, encourage, empower, entertain) that will enhance their character and make a lasting impact on the future of their lives.
Character is everything — a good sense of self and character is the core of what makes up a good adult. Today, girls are so inundated and assaulted by social images that are a threat to their character causing them to loose sight of their real self-worth and self-esteem. Our purpose seeks to ignite the d.i.v.a. in every girl that is based on a heart of character.
