Originally founded in 2001, IICG has undergone several name changes, but has never changed its focus of providing the necessary tools to individuals for personal and organizational growth and development. The company's name was created with the mindset of puzzle pieces fitting together to form a perfect picture. As a Christian organization, the phrase Working Together For Your Good, was later added as a reminder of how "ALL things do work together for your good" (see Romans 8:28). At IICG, we seek not to dictate your programs, structure, culture, or ministry, but that we will work alongside you, challenging you, providing alternative solutions, organizing, verbalizing, and developing sound and effective tools and strategies to carry out the goals and objectives for your organization.
