ETIQUETTE TRAINING
“Don't reserve your best behavior for special occasions. You
can't have two sets of manners, two social codes -- one for those you admire
and want to impress, another for those whom you consider unimportant. You must
be the same to all people”
- Lillian Eichler Watson

For participants of S.I.S.T.E.R.S Inc., Etiquette Training is
used to upgrade our young ladies’ social skills. This training program is
designed to improve the student’s etiquette IQ so they can put their best foot
forward in varied business and social situations. In today's fast-paced
environment, there is a need for an awareness of what is socially acceptable.
When people come in contact with highly educated and cultivated men and women
our opinions about them are mostly formed by their refined manners. This
course is aimed to teach finer etiquette points through concise notes and
quizzes by a skillfully trained Etiquette Instructor.
S.I.S.T.E.R.S Inc. will be using part of their etiquette
education fromStepping into Etiquette (SN2E), a 21st century
etiquette company that promotes a new school of manners that is both
approachable and modern in today’s society.
COLLEGE AND CAREER PREPARATION
“The traditional American high school has long represented a
critical decision point at which students must choose to pursue college or a
career. Yet there is growing recognition that to best serve students and
society, today’s high schools must offer more than education for just one
option or the other. To prepare students for success in life, the
twenty-first-century American high school needs to shift its focus from
preparing for college or career to achieving college and career readiness for
every student.”

Our college and career preparation component is opened to all
ages of young ladies in the program. We believe in exposing our participants to
all possibilities of self-development through educational resources. We also
encourage and help students to explore their life goals and to get them going
on their right path to success.
The vision and goal for the college and career preparation component
is for S.I.S.T.E.R.S. Inc. to provide more hands on instruction by providing
career and college tours to our students, making lasting connections to
participating institutions and careers which could lead to internships and
possibly early admittance into the institution of their choice.
