Our Executive Team, consist of over 174 professionals in diverse fields:
48 Partners & Friends 4 Organizations 81 Mentors 41 Volunteers
Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs of our members, girls & young adults of ages 3-35 (ages vary from state to state).
As a result of our continued commitment, 75 percentage of our Girls have started their own businesses and /or enhanced their self-esteem and empowered their future by continuing to invest in their self-worth.

2.5% with the balance going towards operation cost and promotion materials, that includes Marketing; Teen Websites
(Entrepreneur program),
Totaling 56% and 1.5% in mileage cost and 4% in planning and development.
