Willis Center

Mission: The mission of the Willis Center is to provide social and human services for the general public, including the poor and disadvantaged, and especially to communities of color, in an accessible and culturally-sensitive manner.


Vision: We have a vision to create a community in which people of color and the disadvantaged can gain equal access to quality human and social services that improve their quality of life. We do this by designing programs that empower individuals through education, skills development and advocacy.

The shared organizational values of the Willis Center are statements of what we are and value as an organization, what we believe in, and how we operate at all times. Our managers and staff are fundamental in our efforts to provide quality services and embrace the organization’s values. We are dedicated to partnership with service recipients to provide culturally competent and compassionate services.
