Shirma Ferguson, founder and owner, received her MBA from
the University of Phoenix.
She is a single mother of two and a grand mother who
understands the difficulty in balancing a personal life and a professional
life. Shirma spent the last fourteen years working at various Human Services
organizations where she was the Director and Manager of programs that helped to
improve her client’s lives.
In both capacities, Shirma’s time was split between
administrative details and delivering service that exceeded her clients’
expectations.
These experiences taken as a whole, soundly provided Shirma
with a wealth of practical knowledge to develop a high quality service
organization.
